The International School of Economics and Management Collaborates with Kunlun Bank Limited Company to Establish an Off-Campus Internship Base

On the morning of July 3rd, the International School of Economics and Management signed an agreement with Kunlun Bank Limited Company, a subsidiary of China National Petroleum Corporation, to establish an off-campus internship base and held a signing ceremony. The attendance includes Kunpeng LI, Dean of the International School of Economics and Management, Jing GAO, Vice Dean, Meihui WANG, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Minxuan BAI, Secretary of the Youth League Committee, Tong LI, Teaching Secretary, Yong ZHANG, General Manager of the Human Resources Department at the headquarters of Kunlun Bank, and senior manager Jun XU. The ceremony was presided over by Jing GAO.

During the signing ceremony, Kunpeng LI first provided a brief introduction of the college. The International School of Economics and Management was established in 2012 and is one of the youngest colleges at Capital University of Economics and Business. It is committed to building a platform for international talent cultivation, a platform for high-quality research, a platform for attracting overseas experts, and a platform for innovation and openness. Kunpeng LI also expressed gratitude to Kunlun Bank for providing off-campus internship opportunities. Following that, Yong ZHANG introduced Kunlun Bank and expressed gratitude for the high-quality interns provided by the International School of Economics and Management. Finally, they signed the internship agreement, and discussed future cooperations.

Both the college and the company had communicated and negotiated multiple rounds before signing the internship agreement. According to the internship agreement, the International School of Economics and Management will regularly select students to go for internships each year. During the internship period, students will undergo a dual assessment and evaluation by both the school and the company. The company can also make admissions decisions based on its actual job requirements based on various aspects such as the students' professional qualities during their internship at the company.
